The comprehensive selection of treadmills, rowing machines, elliptical, recumbent and spin bikes means you will have your choice in finding what makes your heart race.

Strength Area

Build core strength and build a stronger, more confident you.
The benefits of strength training are many and not just to your physical appearance. A regular strength programme will improve your balance, flexibility and coordination. Range of motion improves together with increased muscle strength & tone. Mental health, body image, and controlled blood sugar levels are all proven to benefit from strength training.

Take your weight resistance training to a new level with our specialised Jerai machinery in addition to our squat racks, smith machine, dumbbell and barbell weights.

Stretch Zone

This area of the gym is multipurpose. It is used for pre or post-workout stretching and also our group multi-functional training. It is a perfect place to prepare or rejuvenate the body before or after an intense exercise session.

A regular stretching routine keeps muscles flexible, strong and healthy. Stretching improves physical activity performance, decreases the risk of injuries, increase muscle blood flow and improves the ability to do daily activities.

Infrared Sauna

Treat yourself to some time out and experience the ultimate wellness boost.  Infrared works by heating the body directly with dry heat creating a cardiovascular workout on the body.  It’s the perfect place to relax and reset while soaking up the additional health benefits.
