We will endeavour to resolve your complaint as soon as possible; however, the length of time will depend on the nature and complexity of the issues you have raised.  You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint from us within five business days and you will be given and estimation of how long it may take to deal with the matter, which should not exceed 30 days.  If it is decided that your complaint is justified, the appropriate response or action will be determined.  We will try to match the response to the nature of your complaint and your desired outcome, but this may not always be possible.
